毛勇
现任中国电视艺术家协会卡通艺术委员会副秘书长，中国动漫资源网CEO,北京大学文化产业研究院研究员，上海电影艺术学院客座教授，北京创新研究院创新产业研究所研究员，亚太漫画协会荣誉顾问。有多年从事影视传媒互联网的经验，是新媒体及动漫产业方面的专家。曾担任都市动漫杂志《都市传真-cartoon100》的执行主编，创立卡通网站cartoon100.com并担任CEO，该网站曾被《计算机世界》评为中国100家具有特色的中小型网站。
从2000年以来一直从事动漫产业的研究和实践，是六届“中国卡通产业论坛”的发起人和主策划人，并参与大连、长沙、深圳、无锡、成都、贵阳等城市动漫产业政策的制定和咨询以及产业推进。做为专家组专员参与设计深圳国家动漫基地公共技术平台建设、上海张江动漫公共技术平台的顾问。
2008年，40集动画片《智慧之城》监制 入选国家新闻出版总署“新中国成立60周年重点音像电子出版物”；
动画电影《回归大海》总策划。
创办具有国际影响的“亚洲青年动漫大赛”、四川电视节“金熊猫”奖国际动画作品评选。着重研究动漫产业与新、媒体、新技术以及区域性文化产业。
The Deputy General Secretaryof Cartoon Commission of China TV Artists Association, CEO of 51cacg.com, Researcher of Institute for Cultural Industries of Peking University, Guest Professor of Shanghai Film Art Academy, Researcher of Research Center For Beijing Innovation, and Honorary Advisors of Asian–Pacific Animation & Comics Association. Mr. Mao has engaged in media and film Internet for many years, he is an expert of new media and animation industry. Mr. Mao was the executive editor of a urban magazine CITY FAX—CARTOON 100, and has established and been the CEO of CARTOON100.COM, which was chosen by CHINA COMPUTER WORLD as one of the top 100 distinctive small and medium-sized websites of China.
Since 2000, Mr. Mao has committed himself in the research and practice of animation industry. He is the initiator and the main organizer of China Cartoon Industry Forum (CCIF), which has been presented for 6 sessions. He has also participated in the policy making, consulting, as well as the industry promotion of the animation industry in Dalian, Changsha, Shenzhen, Wuxi, Chengdu, Guiyang and other cities. Furthermore, as the member of experts group, he has also involved in the design of constructing the Public Technology Platform of Shenzhen National Cartoon & Animation Industry Base and become the consultant of Shanghai Zhangjiang Animation R&D Public Service Platform.
In 2008, Mr. Mao was the executive producer of the 40-episodes animation series THE CITY OF WISDOM, which was nominated by General Administration of Press and Publication as the key Audio Visual Product of the 60th anniversary of the establishment of new China. Meanwhile he was the chief coordinator of an animated feature film “Back to the Sea.”
Mr. Mao involved in creation of Asian Youth Animation & Comics Contest (AYACC), which is internationally influential. He also participated the evaluation job of Gold Panda Awards for Animation for SCTVF. At the moment Mr. Mao focuses on the research of cartoon industry and new media, new technology, as well as regional culture industry.
